TDS: Day 3

I think i found my motivation again. Im back to wanting to workout :)

I completed day 3 of the shred and still want to do my stationary bike for 30 minutes before i go have a late lunch with my companions parents.

After almost a year of hanging out he wants me to have lunch with his parents before they go back to Morrocco. It was strange of him to ask me since prior to this he didn't even tell them that he was going to hang out with me when we were together. He would tell them he was at work. I should be excited to go, but I just don't feel like I look good at this time, even tho he says that i look fine. Right now I am just concerned with what I should wear...Oy.

In regards to my workouts, I have been pushing really hard in level 1 and definitely feel it in my arms. They are sore at night and when I sleep the muscles definitely need to repair themselves.

The Shred is not so much a cardio workout for me, but is a great strength trainer that I need. I typically pair it with another form of cardio since I also need that :).

I want to see a difference by day 30 and I will do what I have to do to see that difference :)

Looking forward to day 4.... and yes i think i will disturb my downstairs neighbor for the 30 minutes and actually do it on the weekend.
