change in thought process

I have decided that my focus on weight loss is not enough. i go down and back up over and over! So i have decided to try and change my thought process. Instead of keeping my focus on trying to lose x number of pounds in x period of time, I am going to try to set healthy goals. So these are my 2 goals:

1. I am going to work out for at least 45 mins at least 3x a week
2. I am going to cut pop out (again) and increase my water intake.

If I am able to maintain these goals for 2 weeks then I am going to buy myself something. (not food related).

    Those are great goals. We need to tackle our change to a new, healthy lifestyle by taking baby steps. Step by step and day by day and you'll reach your goals. Giving up pop can be a struggle, but it's a great goal. I'm currently on a ten-day streak since I had my last pop. :-) emoticon
