My abs hurt so good!

Yesterday I was headed to the treadmill to run because it was raining cats and dogs outside. Instead, I decided to mix it up and workout with Jillian. She still kicks my butt! I had just finished my Coach Nicole workout that worked my abs. My abs were tender by the time I was headed to bed. This morning I did another Coach Nicole workout and she worked my abs once again. Holy cow are my abs tender now! It is such a GREAT feeling! My armpits are also hurting thanks to the wonderful planks I did!

No pain no gain!!
