TDS: Day 2

I think i may have my motivation back.... or maybe it is returning to level 1 of the thirty day shred that has made me more willing to workout?
Whatever it is, I am happy that I am working out again. I have completed a 30 minute workout on my stationary bike, and the shred with a walk planned for later.
I am so happy with my progress with level 1. More modified push ups, ease with the cardio sections keeping up with Natalie, and most of the workout I do with 5lb weights when previously i worked with the 2lb weights on most.
Regardless of whether i see results in inches or pounds I feel good. : )
Looking forward to Day 3!
