May 3rd - Workout #7

Today was my 6th session with Donna. She added some twists to the walk today, so I was able to get my heart rate up to 154bpm. At which time, of course, I'm really sucking in the air. We did the strength all first and the Lunges really kick my butt. I WAS able to get the second minute of plank done today, with some encouragement.
I did a total of 20 minutes on the treadmill. The first 10 minutes at 3.4 and 5 degrees and the last 10 minutes Donna did 30 second bursts at 9 degrees. We did 4 reps that way, since we had to wait for my heartrate to come down.
I feel good. I feel like my legs are stronger and energetic, so we're making progress. I have a workout for the weekend from Donna and will try to knock that out on Saturday.
