My thoughts today are on focus. So much of what we do it how we look at it. We can say diet or healthy living. We can say I'm gonna start being helathy today or we can say I'm going to work on one thing at a time. One of my buddies told me to stay focused. We get excited with things and loose focus.
I am doing very good this week on counting calories and staying on track. It seems very easy at some points and not so easy at others. It definetnly is not something that comes naturally. I do have a full healthy supply like the sugar free syrup I had this morning but I could use more. I don't have my fat ratio right, I'm almost always over and depebding on the day I don't get enough protien or carbs. There was lady who gave me a great idea to make groups of meals and save them so you have three meals thats numbers add up......
Ands thats how we do it. Our focus needs to be on one thing at a time until we can master it. I am a teacher and it was I do so many times in a class room. You can't teach subtraction to people who don't know addition. If we are learning about the water cycle talking about eletrical current won't help. As I do in my class room I should do in my life. Once I have master calorie count I can try another goal, in my case a fitness goal. Keeping it simple and one step at a time is the best way to sucess.
