TDS: Day 1

As everyone says, I was sidetracked by life :) while I am happy to say i didn't gain too much...I also didn't lose anything in the last month. There was just too much going on that i was traveling all the time and not able to commit myself to exercising like i was before. The last round i only made it to day 19 with no weight loss and no inches lost, but my strength and endurance increased.

Today I restarted the shred. Lets see what happens this time around and i will do my best to go all 30 days in the month of May!

Level 1 was so much easier than it was the first time around. In fact, i did 20 modified push ups the first set and about 10 modified push ups the second set.

I wonder if I will be sore like I did last time? I hope not since i felt so much stronger and able this time around :)
