When I was signing in to Sparkpeople a few weeks ago, I found a very interesting fact that they posted on the home page. I blogged about this at the time and wondered how I would do compared to this stat:

It states that "members active for 6 weeks who tracked weight online reported average loss of 9.1 pounds. "

My results were: Start weight on week 1-170.6 End weight week 6- 159.8 a loss of 10.8...so YEAH! I fit the stat...for the first 6 weeks!!!!
