A Good Start

My schedule is all over the place which is awful for my sleep/eating routines. trying to eat breakfast again. I started today with some strength training and cardio, followed by a quick breakfast. Baby carrots, Nutella on a Ry Krisp, and some greek yogurt. I can easily make time for a breakfast like this every day.

    Looks like you're low on the calories and fairly healthy. A breakfast like that would leave me ravenous after my workout. I've gotten into the habit of eating steel cut oats every morning (at 6:40) with walnuts, ground flax, fruit, and honey. It's a nice calorie load and good fiber. Then for my first snack at 9:00, I have baby carrots and black bean hummus. I eat something about every two hours at work and track it all with the SP tool. I wish you the best on your journey of health and fitness.
