Healthy eating: I've been catching Hungry Girl on food network, so I bought Lavash a flat bread something like 9X12 inches and 100 calories. Monday, I took leftover pork, added tons of veggies, wrapped it in a lavash. Yum. Yesterday I made chips by cutting the big pieces into chips, Olive Oil spray, then hot oven. Really covered the chips craving alongside spinach artichoke dip with Greek yogurt. I love Asian potstickers. Thank you, Lean Cuisine for the yum with a zillion less calories than the original.

This may be TMI, I'll try not to be too personal. Busy week at work, end of semester. Zipped into the bathroom. Noticed entering the stall that the seat was up (thanks, cleaning people for keeping the bathrooms well maintained). Another thought popped into my mind and I automatically sat (being female) without putting the seat down. Thanks to the improved muscle tone in my thighs, instead of crashing onto the porcelain throne as I would have a year ago, I lowered myself gently past the "wait, where's the seat" surprise.
