Feeling off this week.

Well I a having a hard time this week. Dealing with applications and waiting on calls for part time evening work. So stressful. And my workouts have suffered.

Im feeling down because I have to get another job and just ready to give up on my weightloss, because it is just NOT happening, and Im not losing like I should be. So I am stressed about those two things. And Im also getting stressed with my job because I have soooo much more work than I used to. DH did give me a massage on Monday, so that helped some. I feel like my relationship with my husband is taking a hit, because I have alot of stress. He is getting less attention. And I just dont know where to go from here.

I just keep thinking its (weight loss) just not meant to be.............

Sorry to be down, but I stayed off of spark because I didnt want to bring anyone else down.

    Dearie! I know you're stressed and things are going on that is making life hard for you. If you need to take a break from Spark, we understand. Don't give up on yourself with weight loss though. You know how hard it'll be to start back up again (take it from someone who has done that OVER and OVER again).

    If you need to take a break from doing more DVD exercises, do! But keep trying to eat right and just focus on maintaining for now. When you have time again, I konw you'll be glad you did.

    I don't want to seem hard on you - just don't want you to give up the dream.

    I'm here for you, but understand about taking a break. Take care.
