So I started off the week upset. My goal was to track calories and I found out quickly that meant measuring things and a lot of time consumption to do so. Tomorrow will be one my one week anv. and I've lost 3lbs. That is AWESOME!!! I'm so excited and want to scream it to the world. My goal next week is fitness and the weight loss this week is great motivation. If changing what I eat makes such a change what will changing my fitness (or lack there of) do.
I have tried walking my dogs this week and did a good walk yesterday and a great walk today but I'm sore. I don't think I'm as fit as I thought I was.
I also think I want to take some before pictures and up date them as motivation. I have some pictures on a beach in Hawiia last year that I didn't show anyone cause of my weight. I think it might be a good motivation.
