Day 5

Yesterday I went bike riding for 30 min, met both water and calorie intake. It was a good day. I have felt much more energized, I think mainly because I'm doing my walking or biking in the morning. The calorie counting is still a challenge. I made tacos last night and could have eaten 5 of them easy but only ate two. I did fall victim to late night chips but I'm not going to beat myself up too bad. I got up early this morning and went biking and had carrots for breakfast hopefully that will make up for my little slip up. Hope you all are doing well and best of luck.
