I got on the scale this morning, unwillingly. And just like everyday, my weight hadn't changed. I was not ready to accept this fact. I worked my butt off in the gym and when i got home for the last two days, not to mention all last week. I know I'm not looking for a miracle but some reassurance would be nice. So i did it. I got back on the scale, gave it a death glare and there it was. 2lbs...gone.
I almost didst believe it, so i got on it again, and it was still the 2lbs gone!
So i am recharged, i need to keep going!
I'm doing that 4 week challenge thing, doing the 30 min of cardio a day and 10 min toning video. also doing a whole bunch of machines that the fitness generator is making up for me. Also the May Plank challenge that I found on pintrest. And Mad Muscle May... which is tricep dips, pushups and mountain climbers.
I need to get my butt into gear.
I also bought new work out pants yesterday...and a bathing suit......*dun dun dun *
I WILL look good in it this summer. I WILL.
