Today is an ST day...

So I do some planks, side planks, modified push-ups, lunges... I have noticed that everyday life is so much easier after starting the ST. It takes longer to get tired. Or I seem to have clearly more energy. But this did not happen immediately after starting the workouts, it took some months in my case. Can't complain, though.
