TF Prep Week 1

Just got Turbo Fire yesterday and started the Prep Schedule this morning. I'm hoping that I'll be able to stick to this program. I'm committing to getting up early and working out before work.

Here are my workouts for week 1:

Tuesday - Fire Starter, Stretch 10 emoticon
Wednesday - Stretch 40 emoticon + Low HIIT 20 just cause I wanted to try it out
Thursday - Tone 30 emoticon
Friday - Fire Starter, Stretch 10 emoticon
Saturday - Fire 45 EZ, Stretch 10 emoticon
Sunday - Core 20, Stretch 40 emoticon
