I am very discouraged right now. Its hard to keep fighting to lose weight when you sit at the same weight for a long period of time. I am so close to my goal, yet so far away. Im really trying to keep up with everything, but its very hard. I have so much support around me, I might actually have to lean on them for once and have them help me through this slump.

    emoticon Remember that maintenance is a skill too! I think your body just likes to practice a bit as you work your way down. And don't forget to use other metrics too. One time I stayed the same weight for almost a year, even though I was going to the gym every day. No weight loss, but I dropped two or three dress sizes. Hang in there. Your body will catch up soon enough.

    Sounds like you need a push. Sometimes our motivation just isn't there so we need a friend to give us a push....or a shove. Reach out. Ask for help.
