May 2012 - Getting Real

Here is my confession - I've gained 40lbs.
Slowly and consistently and almost un-noticeably I've gained 40lbs.
My lowest weigh - in here on SP was around 189 and this morning I weighed in at 229.6.
I still log into SP everyday and I collect all my points. I "try" to eat some good things and I "try" to get some exercise.

Time to get real.

I've been waiting too long for some motivation to magically appear.
It's time to do something about it!
I am going to lose 10lbs in the month of May!

    You can do this girl!!! I know it's hard to do at times bc we don't feel like working out after work or on the weekends we want to unwind...I am guilty..but we CAN do this. We did it before and we can do it again. It may take some extra focus and additional discpline but we CAN do it. We just need to get our heads on straight and focus. emoticon

    You can do this! Do you have a plan for how you will lose the 10 pounds to make your goal? Can you commit to daily exercise?
