It's all about
I am TRYING not to FOCUS so much on the scale so I tell myself to
I am working on being more
Working on my body fat %
Nothing helps getting tone more than watching what I eat. Making sure I am eating the CORRECT things at the CORRECT time of day.
I am beyond making goals for drinking water, tracking, fitness minutes and logging. I have those pretty much down.
Now it's time to work on making myself STRONGER AND LEANER!
I need to tell myself - if this is what I want then I need to be prepared for the scale to maybe move up and not down (which I hate) but it's the price I will pay to be a LEAN sweet MACHINE!
