1. To eat within my calorie range for the next twelve weeks.
a. 1700-2400 calories
b. 60 grams of fat
c. 19 g per meal
d. 72 oz of water a day
2. To exercise
a. 20 minutes 5 days a week
b. ST 2 days a week
3. Track my food at least 5 days a week

I will plan at least two days a week I will plan to wake up early and walk outside or go to the Rec and use the treadmill. Two days a week I will do the ST with crunches squats and wall push ups.
