So here it goes, my first blog on here.
I'm absolutely rubbish at bogging, or talking about anything going on in my life but i can sure give it a try anyway!
I joined spark people last week in hopes for the motivation on this insane journey i need to embark on. I need to lose 50lbs, and its not just a crazy number i thought up cut i hate my body, no, i really do need to lose it. I'm overweight, and its killing me.
I've started out going to the gym for 30-60 min at least 5 days a week. So far i've done this. And i'm only eating about 1200 calories a day.
I need help and advice and coaching aha I'm a mess i know.
i'm kind on my own with this, none of my good friends live near by that would come and support me at the gym, and my hubby, amazing as he is, is not much in the self control with eating/gym dept.
Any advice would be welcomed!
