The Plan

This is my plan for reaching my goal for BLC 19:

Stay true to the Streakers! Go above and beyond the 20 minutes 6 days a week.

Brush my teeth after every meal and "official" snack. I am not as likely to munch when my mouth is clean and I have no residual tastes to make me think of more food.

Drink more than 8 cups of water a day. This is usually a challenge for me so I need to focus on water. I know that many times when I feel hungry, it's really because I'm thirsty and need to be more hydrated! WATER WATER WATER!!!

Take deep breaths and meditate every day!! I am under a LOT of stress right now and I need to center myself and stay relaxed to dispell the anxiety.
