Day 4

I went over my calorie count today :-( Dinner did me in steak and cheese and mac and cheese double whammy ! My husband loved it, ate small portions and still went over. I did breakfast this morning which normally I skip. I did drink all my water however went biking and did my exercises. However I did not do the after stretching, I have to work on that. Here's to a better day tomorrow !
