BLC 19 Plan of attack.

My plan for this BLC is to get back into the groove of tracking. I have grown very lax in this area. I exercise regularly and eat fairly decent and have seen results. I have not recorded these things though. Working six days a week with the same break times everyday helps keep me on track. Eating the same thing at those breaks 95% of the time helps keep me on track. I just need to take the time to write it down. I know that I would see better results if I tracked. That's how I lost weight in the first place. So tomorrow is the first day of a new month and my goal is to track every calorie in and every calorie out. I know it works, now to just do it!
