I am enlightened this morning by all the support I recieved last night. Thank you everyone. I realize I need to make life changing descions and to do this I do it a little at a time. I'm not gonna loose ten pount in a month, I'd love to but for now my goal is to make a goals and meet them. I'm going to do weekly goals.
I've already started this weeks goal which is to stay around my 1500 calories. I think this is do able. I'm excited about it. I want to alrenate fitness and nutrion goals that way it gives me two weeks to practice a rountine before I spice it up. Next week my fitness goal is to go to the gym 3 times a week. I know its broad but for me going to the gym is very inconsistant so I think it is good.
Overall I am excited now that I have big goals and little goals. I read some good articles about to make goals. I recorded all my goals to keep me accountable and I am ready. I have motivation and cofidence to do this.
