FA Day 1

I made my decision last week to join FA. The program is stricter than OA but I liked the group more and, since I am going to be relying on them for support, this meant a lot to me. Also, looking at the people who attend the meetings and have been in them long-term, the FA ones seems to do better with weight loss (based on my visual assessment of how thin they are). Maybe having less food choices will make it easier in the long run and end up being less stressful. But, for now, when I tracked my food for the entire day, it is very calorie restrictive (under the 1200 SP recommends) so I am worried about being famished between meals!
