BLC19 S.M.A.R.T. Goals

What are S.M.A.R.T. Goals? They are goals that are:

S - Specific
M - Measurable
A - Attainable
R - Realistic
T - Trackable

So what are my goals for the 12 weeks of BLC19 and how am I going to there?

My goal this round is to, once again, find Onederland.

To reach this goal I plan to:

* Weigh and measure my food
* Track every bite
* Stay within my calorie range
* Have a deficiet in my CICO at least 6 days each week
* Complete at least 20 minutes of exercise 6 days each week
* Eat breakfast
* Keep a positive attitude
