Got up this morning - had a sleep in! YAY

Down for breakfast and met some of the kids - they were going to do a last shop. Not for this little duck! Have had a bit of a rest and then have started repacking my bag and hand luggage, doing final top up charging of computer and iPad and Kindle - for an old girl I am up there with the latest and greatest! LOL

We have late check out here - 4 pm and are being picked up to be taken to the airport at 5.25 pm.

Then it is check in and we got the upgrade to business class for the flight home - woo too. I have never flown business class - we used lots of points to get it, but who cares. That is why we have done all purchases and paid nearly all our accounts on our card that earns points.

Tomorrow afternoon we arrive back at Wagga Wagga and I will get on the scales Wednesday morning...not sure how that will go, but whatever it is, it is, and then there will be no more excuses. I will need a strategy for next trip in September back to Thailand - it is too easy to get up each morning and just eat from the beautiful buffet selections. Maybe some advice from my spark friends as to what they do when travelling!

I know spark people is a lifestyle change - so that means incorporating what is available into the eating habits ....

Hugs to all
