Getting the groove back

I still haven't found my motivation, but at least i am trying to get back into gear and working out. I'm a little tight all over since i haven't been working out, so now my hip is sore since i did 2 workouts today. I'm just going to ice and rest it tonight, and move on to another workout tomorrow. I HAVE to get back into working out.
I have a few months until a wedding in July that i'm in the party so i would like to lose another 8lbs by then. Not that i want to be superficial, but all the other brides maids are a size 2 and... well i'm definitely not a 2 nor will i ever be :)
My eating is getting back on track and i cross my fingers that i can keep up the good work. :)
