Here's To A New Week!

Sunday, April 29, 2012

Well I had a pretty good Sunday. We actually had some descent weather & I was able to get out and walk a little over 6 miles today!! emoticon I started the Spring Challenge this morning (I actually started in the middle of last week & decided to restart with everybody else). I was surprised at how well I enjoyed the kickboxing!! emoticon. I really excited about this challenge and I am hoping that the rest of my week is as good as today was.

Tomorrow looks as if it may be a day for indoor activity. I don't think Mother Nature wants to cooperate with my outdoor plans. emoticon but that's ok because I am going to make sure I stay active this week weather or not I get outside. No more excuses for me.
I had a few days last week where my nasty muchie cravings got the best of me. My goal this week is to keep the cravings in check! Didn't work too well last week. But I must not have messed up too bad because I didn't Gain anything. On the other hand I didn't lose anything either. But I guess that's ok. There will be some weeks like that.

Well here's to an active week!! emoticon Hope everyone has a great week!! emoticon

Keep up the great work! 6 miles is awesome. When the munchies strike, drink 2 glasses of water and wait 20 minutes. If I can get myself to do that usually I realize I'm not really hungry!
