It is completely possible to eat things like Taco Bell and not be a "cheater". I do. I happen to enjoy having a Mexican Pizza, a Double Decker Taco, and (my treat) a caramel apple empanada. I just make sure it fits into my day's nutritional needs. (And I don't do what I used to and have three Double Decker Tacos AND a Mexican Pizza or two AND two caramel apple empanadas. Could have fed me and my kids with that much.)
One of the toughest things to lose isn't the pounds - it's the dieter mindset that screams "you can't have this food or you're a bad person." You're fresh on the road to making healthier choices. Why worry about the bad choices right now? They've been happening all along, so the real goal is to make less of them. Focus instead on each good choice you make and cheer yourself for each step in the right direction. 2726 days ago
Loved your video blog, very cool. Don't beat yourself up too bad. After all, it's in the past and you can't change that. Move on forward and don't look back.
