I have been walking about 2 miles per day for about 5 days per week. I have been losing inches and improving my stamina. I have also been wearing my pedometer and have a goal to walk at least 7000 steps per day. My weight has not decreased but I have still not gotten my eating under control so that is my next step. Yesterday I was thinking why am I exercising and not eating better? Eating poorly negates my exercising. I need to eat healthy and exercise to loose weight.
