April Goals: Week 4

This week I only worked out on Monday and that was it! Yea... seriously. I slacked on Tuesday, Wednesday we had a BBQ, Thursday I had to be somewhere early and Friday I guess I didn't feel like it. sigh... Plus I've been eating like crap this week on top of not exercising!!!
I'm thinking I might have to start waking up even more super early before work just to go run so that I have some sort of workout for that day. I haven't been having any motivation to work out after work lately because work drains me and then I also get home kind of late so then I end up just wanting to sit around and relax. But I hate going to bed early/waking up super early and I hate running outside in the dark! :( I have to figure out something.
