I still haven't found my motivation.
Its been about 2 weeks since i have had a good workout and my body is feeling it. I forced myself to go for just a walk today on the promenade. My legs felt tight and they are sore after going 4.2 miles at a leisurely pace. This is without any running.
I guess after almost 2 wks of nothing much, my body is giving me the bird until i get back on track. So I will do my best to start getting my butt in gear.
Oddly enough I have tentatively lost another 2 lbs. No complaints, but I wont actually count them as gone until they are gone for another week :)
Good luck to me and anyone out there going through a lapse in motivation :)
