Perfect Day

Hey all!!!
Hope you are having a great Saturday. I am having a good one. My DH is making Homemade Beef Vegetable Soup (lowfat) and we have a loaf of italian bread. Ive been wanting his soup for a LONG time and since it is a rainy cool day, he is making some.

Im in my lounging clothes and surfing the web. My DS is gone with a friend out of town for the whole day, so its just me and DH.

I did not workout yesterday. Just wasnt feeling up to it. I still made my goal of 3 workouts this week, so it just would have been an added bonus workout. We did go to the mall and walked from one end to the other and back again, at least I got some walking in.

Not sure if I will workout tonight though (my leg is achy today).

Once the weather turns nicer, hopefully me and DH can go for walks in the evening.

The Official Spring Into Shape Bootcamp Challenge starts tomorrow. And I already went and saved some of the strength training videos to my favorites. And for Cardio I will do Jillian BFBM (30-50 mins). So I am all set.

    Great job! I am doing my goals for cardio so far, but I am having a hard time accessing the toning videos at home. Ugh. :( Sounds like you're on track though! Good luck!
