I haven't posted a blog in awhile but I'm still sparking. Ive lost 11 lbs in about 5 weeks. I'm really happy with that! Ive been working out in the gym a lot more lately. I'm feeling so much stronger! I'm enjoying seeing all my gains. I can chest press 90 lbs now, lat pull down 70 lbs, leg press 290lbs. Im walking 3 miles in the morning and riding a stationary bike 2 to 3 miles. Ive cut my calories down to around 1600. If I eat above that my mood changes and I feel very sluggish. I'm pretty excited about my gains in the gym and weight loss. On facebook ive added all kind of fitness pages so I'm leaning something new from that every day. Well that's that. Talk to y'all later!
