Got out the Wii it said it had been a year since I had exercised with it. Where does the time go when your sluffing off? Did the run, hoola hoop, and the penguin slide. It's a start. A little walk here, a little Wii there. I just might develop a habit. Let's see if I get a walk in today. Update did 10 minutes on the treadmill too.
It sucks to be so out of shape but it feels good to start working on it.
