Signed up for another challenge

Yesterday turned out ok. I did skip my workout so I could rest. I WILL get a workout in tonight and tomorrow for sure.
My calories were not so great. I did end up over calories a bit. But that is ok.
I weighed in and Im only down 0.6 from 162.6 to 162 even. I guess its about a half pound? Hey I'll take it.
I signed up for the Official Spring Into Shape Bootcamp Challenge. Its 4 weeks and Im excited to do something different. For the first week, you do 30 mins of cardio 5 days and do one 10-minute toning video each day.
Im just wondering if 30 mins will be sufficient enough for weight loss? Guess I will see by the end of Week One. I start the Challenge this Sunday. And I already have the workouts scheduled on my calendar.
I heard back from 3 jobs and was declined. Bummed, because I need a part time evening job BAD. Im hoping one of the gyms I put in for contact me.
