Friday Motivation Challenge!

I know there is a bit of background wind/noise, as I was outside taking the video...I nearly got hit by a car and people were looking at me like I was an idiot....But did that stop me??? No frikkin' way...my Spark Friends are way too important to me!!!! LOL
Hope it inspires you to look at how wonderful you all are!!!

    Oh, sorry! Saw it but didn't have time to comment, then forgot. You have to make allowances for us older folks, emoticon

    OK, three things:

    1) I've kept at it through fast and through slow progress and have had only two (holiday-related) re-gains, of less than 5 lbs. each.

    2) I've shared the Spark with others, including the person who first shared it with me. emoticon (Saw her last night...she stayed the same, I shed 45 lbs. Now she's motivated!)

    and
    3) I had to buy a new swimsuit last week, because even my old skinny suit is too big now. emoticon New swimsuit, $19.95. Realizing that the boobs fit properly in the smaller cups....priceless!

    I am from Canada too!!

    1. I have made awesome fantastic choices in my food this week!

    2. I am feeling some NSV ( non scale victories) more comfortable in my skin, hey went to centre in the square and fit comfortably in the small arse chairs lol

    3. Am continuing to come on SPARKS people everyday to get motivation and meet new inspiring people, such as yourself!

    4. Yesterday I was out looking at mountain BIKES!! Yippee....getting the mojo back to go riding and going to get me a new Bike!!

    Great blog.

    Just after I have posted my moan/rant blog yesterday, I needed this. So yeah, I do rock and I lost 3lbs this week. I lost them because I worked out, I walked and I ate sensible meals. Therefore, I am totally awesome.

    You ARE FABULOUS, my friend!!!

    And OMG what a difference I am seeing in your face since the last time I saw you even on SparkLive about a month ago! You have changed since then!!

    3 positive things? Just three? Haha!! Ok ok.. I will start with that. I'll vlog it later and spread this particular spark along. :) I'll keep this focused on weight loss/health, though honestly I want to put that I'm a GREAT Mommy, cuz I think I am!

    1) I am committed to living a healthy lifestyle!
    2) I'm enthusiastic and motivated and hopefully motivating (well, I must be to some people, since I was voted a SparkPeople Motivator!)
    3) I eat breakfast every day.
    4) I get at least 10 minutes of exercise a day.. (usually 30 or more).

    OK....

    1) I always bounce back no matter how crappy things get;

    2) I am great at making SMART plans in order to do what has to be done - health-wise;

    3) I am a fairly positive person, most of the time emoticon and love sharing it on SP
