BLC Letter to Self

Thursday, April 26, 2012

Dear Jennifer,
Well, today is 8 weeks since you started the Biggest Loser Challenge! Look at all you have accomplished!

• You have achieved your first weight loss goal of reaching 343 pounds and your Spark cookbook is in the mail!

• You have gone to the doctor and asked about vitamins and the blood pressure medicine and have gotten over feeling so worn out!

• You have gone from 10 minute daily exercise to a full hour of daily exercise! That in itself is quite the accomplishment!

• You have grown in God’s word with daily fellowship with a team full of believers!

This is just the beginning for you! God has so much in store for your life and He wants to use you in a mighty and powerful way! By traveling this path and getting healthy, you are not only honoring Him, but you are preparing yourself for what is in store next!

I am so proud of you! You have set goals and you have met them! You have knocked each one down with hard work and determination! One day, your journey may be something that can motivate someone else in the same situation.

I know that you have pictures of yourself now, as a before pictures. Always keep these in remembrance of where you came from and where God took you in this Journey. Always keep your eyes focused on Him, and you will be able to do anything!

Bring on the next challenge!
