Ok because of vanity reasons, this will be the second blog for today.
Posting this like this just makes me feel like being more responsible for what I did, ok? I just want to brag a little and make myself accountable for what I do. Because:


So I have been cycling to university the last days. Every day.
emoticon Total kilometers for this week: 96.43
emoticon That's total miles: 59.92
Not bad if you consider that it's only Thursday, lol. I got the giant upper thighs from hell now, though.

I also did a little intermediate workout because I thought my bike would spend more than half a day at the store to be repaired. It actually didn't, so I ended up doing that workout in addition to the usual daily 20-25 kilometers biking.

High Knees: 6 sets x 20 reps
Burpee: 5 sets x 20 reps
Triceps Dips: 4 sets x 10 reps
Plank: 91 seconds x 1; 30 seconds x 3 - those 91 seconds were a new PR!! Woho!!
Body Weight Squat: 3 sets x 10 reps
Stretching: 10 minutes

As you can see, not that much, but set a new PR and being really proud of that. Maybe I can make it to a 2 minute plank soon? \o/
