I soooo glad it is almost Friday, then the weekend will be here. I did not bring any coffee with me today and Im feeling super tired, I even went to bed earlier (last few nights). So I think I will just rest today and do a workout tomorrow AND Saturday (since I dont have any other plans).
Yesterday I ended the day within calorie range, and I did an Upper Body Strength workout, used my heavy weights.
Im going to try and stay within my calorie range today. Because I will weigh in tomorrow and hopefully I have a good weigh in...........crossing my fingers.
Im glad this day is almost over. Have a good one.
