Ok I am obsessive compulsive about some things. I HAVE to weigh myself every day or not for months, I know it's not good but it is what it is! So I was getting frustrated when the scale was not moving or going up doing weight watchers points. emoticon, So I switched to Spark People and started counting calories as well as fat and protein (which I was not doing before ) I also started drinking dieters green tea as a cleanse.

I NEED to lose a small amount of weight before my brothers wedding,so I can fit in the bridesmaids dress I was fitted for over the summer without having to go and have it let out! I started weight watchers points a month ago and lost 3 lbs but gained 1 back emoticon even though I was exercising. I think it was lack of balance in my diet. But I am seeing results right away, maybe water weight but it gives me the push to keep going!!!

As well I will stick to the plan after the wedding to shed a few extra lbs I have put on with age and lack of portion control.
