So I joined the Official Spring Into Shape Bootcamp Challenge

Thursday, April 26, 2012

Yup, I joined the the Spring Into Shape Bootcamp Challenge. I have to admit that I have my doubts that I'm not going to be able to do the things that are set out for me to do but I guess that's why they call it a challenge. It's going to be a personal and physical challenge for me. Thankfully, I have nothing in my life that will get in my way, other than losing my apartment to stop me.

At first I thought I would join because it would be nice to win some prizes. I can think of several things that I could buy on that I would enjoy. The other personal prizes that come along with doing this Spring Into Shape Bootcamp Challenge are more important. There is the prize of:

Possible pounds losts
Possible inches lost
Finishing something that I started
Being active every day
Not being in front of the tv every day
Doing something to improve my life
Doing something to improve my family life

Once I'm able to really be active then the prize will be able to do things for my community like volunteer at the local food bank, homeless shelter, and animal shelter.

I've done a few challenges on SP and have completed most of them. The one's I didn't finish were due to surgery. I like them and find that it makes me push myself to do the right things. I also love the results I get from the challenges. They really work.

I do have other things to get in my way but I refuse to let that stop me. I joined today but I will start on the 29th.

So come on let's do this. I'll be right here to cheer you on. emoticon
