Thursday 4/26 Workout

I got back home from a work trip late on Wed night, so 5:30 came early. Workout went good. We did a reversed strength workout starting with bale toss and I didn't seem to be as out of breath by the time we went through the first 1/2 of the strength segment. I feel really good with a little ping in my right knee when I do the lunges.
My body feels pretty good, from a fatigue perspective, so that helps to not dread any of the current excercises. Donna gave me a list of excercises I need to do before next Tuesday's weigh in, including being under 300.
