Staying On Track

I fell last week while attending a bootcamp . I injured my knee at the time, but I continued to work out. The next day I attended a zumba class because, I did not want to lose sight of my goal. emoticon Well, for the last four days I have not done any type of exercise trying to take care of leg. It appears that I have pulled a muscle or two. I fell the need to exercise. I plan to go to zumba class and try to see what I can handle. TOOOOOO Scared to stop. emoticon

    I understand the feeling, but remember our bodies need time to rest and recover from workouts, too! Make sure to ice your leg or see a doctor. You can do arm exercises working with small weights while your leg heals!
