Bad Four Days, Turn it Upside-down!

Thursday, April 26, 2012

Wow, so dieting hasn't been great the last four days. Just to be honest, I haven't really kept good count of my calories. I've been so worried about my final grades that everything has fallen into the background. Today I'm beginning again, counting calories, exercising, and really doing what I need to do. I want a good weigh in Sunday morning so I need to get crackin!

I'm realizing how hard I can be on myself. I just did a 30 minute pilates video and when I saw the calories burned for this activity I though, "This isn't enough". I'm working to change that. Every effort is enough. I worked out and I'm better for it. Thanks for the encouragement emoticon

Just try to exercise with a clear mind...don't beat yourself up about the calories. You can do 30 minutes and go back to worrying about your grades if that helps. Try to pick an easy workout routine that makes you happy. This is what I did and this is what is helping me stick to my goals for myself. If you hate it then you're less likely to keep it up. Plus you said you're starting over and thats great because we all need a do over once in awhile. Push yourself, you're worth it! Wishing you luck on the grades. emoticon emoticon
