I don't want to jinx myself

I've been back to SparkPeople for almost two weeks now. Usually I write about what the PLAN is then I fall of the wagon and there goes the plan. So this time I'm not writing about the PLAN.

I'm going to live the Plan! Today was the first set back, I had a headache and fell asleep... I guess that is why I'm up at 12:57am lol. Anyway I didn't do the walk I had planned on doing. I've decided that today I will do both my strength training and my walk. I know if I don't there goes everything. Which normally that would have happened. I missed dinner so I had something small yet good for me.

I'm still in it to WIN IT!

    Congratulations on starting back with the Spark!! Great idea to Live the Plan instead of Announcing the Plan and not following thru and then you feel bad!! Keep up the great job and you will succeed!!

    Yes I agree with you about plans. Most of the time they sound good, but aren't as easy as they sound. I try to have a daily plan, do as good as yesterday if not better! I have found big plans set me up for failure. I took 12 weeks to finish the C25K walk/jog program that is suppose to take 5 weeks. Difference this last go around was I finished instead of giving up!

    And remember - this important is picking yourself back up and moving forward. Missing one workout or walk isn't what matters - what matters is going forward the next day. emoticon

    Remember, it's a journey and a process. Success is measured by improvements & progress, not achieving perfection.... since that's impossible! Just determine that even when you mess up, even when you fail, you will NOT quit! No giving up! You CAN do this!
