Day 2... Well... It wasn't bad. Actually it went really well! Since I'm in between jobs cash is a little TIGHT emoticon sooo I've gotta make do with what I've got. I can't eat exactly the healthiest..but I can at least watch my portions and exercise. Eating today went O.K. Watched my snacking. Which is a huuuuuge deal with me because I do love my chips!! Since I had my full body fitness plan yesterday that I did, today was cardio. Even though it can be kind of hard to get off my ass and actually DO a workout DVD.. I do love to check them out! I found one on Netflix. It's one of the Crunch DVDs. It's called Crunch: Cardio Dance Blast. It's less than an hour and let me tell you... I really liked it!!! It didn't have up to date songs or anything but it at least had a good beat that made ya wanna move your feet emoticon I would definitely recommend to anyone who likes to dance and is looking for a more fun way to do cardio. I still haven't weighed myself yet...partially because my scale needs new batteries (oops) and because I don't like to weigh myself every day because then you get hard on yourself if you gained a pound or lost only a pound or whatever the case. Sooooo I promised myself I'll at least weigh myself tomorrow to get an update on my weight and then wait a few more days or so to do it again. Until tomorrow.. another day another pound!!!
