Oatmeal for Fitness for Breakfast -- plant based foods & I'm not a vegan

My weight continues to drop -- even if by just a part of a pound, and I'm so encouraged! Eating plant based foods has been really great for my body. I'm not a vegan however, I read that vegan means more than just eating plant-based foods... I've got my leather Dansko's and the elk-skin is hanging on the wall -- not to offend anyone here -- I'm just a happy herbivore -- but not too strict not to have a Thanksgiving turkey!
I have learned that the plant-based diet causes me to lose weight fast and I have the energy to exercise, to be happy (not grouchy here -- this is not a calorie restrictive diet so to speak -- it is filling and satisfying) well I feel just great! And I still enjoy coffee!!
